Job Description

Customer Service

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information. 
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. 
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  • Handles and resolves customers’ issues via email and online chatting tools 
  • Guarantees an unparalled Customer Service experience and preserve the image of the Company 
System Support

  • Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems
  • Responsible for data input (includes but not limited to data entry, mapping, updating, etc.) and ensuring the accuracy and correctness of data encoded on the systems 
  • Investigating, diagnosing and solving products faults and problems 
  • Provides quality and accurate system support towards business partners 
  • Conducts website functionality testing 
  • Responsible and has the initiative to take part in the department’s growth and development. 
  • Performs any task assigned by their superior 
Customer Support Requirements

  • Good command of the English language both oral and written.
  • Has interest in sports. Background in Sports betting is preferred. 
  • Advanced computer literacy. 
  • Willing to learn new knowledge and skills 
  • Must be independent but a team player at the same time, self-motivated, shows initiative and has a strong sense of ownership/responsibility. 
  • Supportive of company goals and objectives, deliver departmental/team results and key objectives. 
  • Should display willingness to learn 
  • Excellent chatting and typing skills, at least 60wpm with 95% accuracy 
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule and/or holiday
