A Day in the Life
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer product inquiries, issues and malfunction via telephone or chat session
  • Troubleshoots customer concerns, issues raised during training, product use or malfunctioning products, and/or software application and recommends corrective action.
  • Interpersonal skills and product knowledge are critical to responding and troubleshooting customer inquiries.
  • Documents customer information, troubleshooting, and/or recurring product issues to support product quality programs and product development

Must Have: Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in customer care or technical support preferably with overseas market (APAC, US, EMEA etc.), experience in handling a complex program/account is an advantage

Nice to Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Able to work a set schedule which often includes working in the graveyard shift and weekends, amenable to shifting schedule with reasonable lead time
  • Excellent computer navigation skills (move between multiple windows and programs)
  • MS Office Advanced Proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Existing High-Speed Internet access at Home (Ethernet, No Wireless, at least 25 MBPS internet speed)
  • Experience in an NPS/CSAT driven account/program is an advantage
