POSITION OVERVIEW


The Customer Service Officer role is to receive incoming phone calls from customers organize job bookings, answer queries and process associated paperwork.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare the Blackwoods daily report
• Responsible in Blackwoods POD uploading in
• Performs Bohaul Data Entry, COS Manifestation, Garments Daily Report , Hi Trans Charging Accounts
• Perform onwarders Charging, Yusen Daily Report, Zone 1 daily report sheet
• Liaise with the team regarding depot freight queries
• Provide customer support and answer all customer queries via email and phone
• Support and work closely with all customer service team members
• Job bookings (via Phone and Email)- as required
• Consignment Entering and manifesting
• Freight Investigations
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least one (1) year of experience in customer service

• Background in freight industry is an advantage but not a strict requirement
• Must have good typing and language skills
• Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Must be able to match the existing culture of the team, an outgoing attitude, and must be driven in providing information and assistance to the customers
• Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig from Monday to Friday work schedule following a 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM shift
