As the Customer Service Manager, you will lead frames operational projects and manage the volume of queues in order for each representative to efficiently resolve concerns and finally satisfy customer need
  • Experience as an Operations Manager under customer service department in any industry (e.g. BPO, digital commerce, banking, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
