Job Description:

Skills Required:
  • Experience in the BPO industry is preferred.
  • Preferable experience in Customer Service, Sales Order management in Retail/Consumer/Manufacturing domain
  • Should be open to working in all shifts

Language Proficiency:
  • Japanese (Nihongo) – Native Language or Speaker. Primary language (read/Write/comprehend/speak)
  • At least N1 Certified.
  • Read – able to read and understand texts written in Japanese language
  • Write – able to formulate written text in Japanese language
  • Comprehend – able to follow and understand speech in Japanese language
  • Speak – ability to produce speech in Japanese and be understood.
  • English – Basic Level

Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any field
Work Experience:
  • experience in Customer Service, Sales Order management in Retail/Consumer/Manufacturing domain is preferred
  • Japan working hours.
