Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Understand Client Policies and Guidelines
• Review user reports regarding website content
• Make decisions per the defined Policies and Procedures
• Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions
• Interface effectively with other internal and Client teams
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong read and write skills in English is a must
• Strong knowledge of cultural context in the transactions handled
• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
• At least 2 years completed in college with 1 year working experience (BPO or Non BPO)
• Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
• Detail orientation and client focus
• Passionate about the internet, critical thinker, social media savvy, knowledgeable about social media platforms
