Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customer queries, requests and complaints.
  • Attend to walk-in clients.
  • Attend Marketing Road Show and assist in processing on-site application.
  • Sends out letter/email to welcome new clients, advise on any changes in their address or in their agent and updates cash/stock dividend offer by issuing company.
  • Investigates errors in cash/stock positions or payment.
  • Monitors undelivered documents
  • Prepare collateral valuation reports
  • Maintains record of customer complaints

Qualifications:
  • Preferably a graduate of Business Administration, Finance or any related course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
  • Possess above average oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications
  • Must be a team player
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and can adapt to work pressure.
