Description:Duties and Responsibilities:- Attend to customer queries, requests and complaints.
- Attend to walk-in clients.
- Attend Marketing Road Show and assist in processing on-site application.
- Sends out letter/email to welcome new clients, advise on any changes in their address or in their agent and updates cash/stock dividend offer by issuing company.
- Investigates errors in cash/stock positions or payment.
- Monitors undelivered documents
- Prepare collateral valuation reports
- Maintains record of customer complaints
Qualifications:- Preferably a graduate of Business Administration, Finance or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
- Possess above average oral and written communication skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications
- Must be a team player
- Able to work with minimal supervision and can adapt to work pressure.
