JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Relations Services (Security) Manager is responsible for the planning, promulgation and implementation of the over-all security program of the Company.
1. SECURITY - Ensures maximum protection of life and property of the following against potential threats and hazards:
- company VIPs
- officers and employees
- customers
- tenants and guests
2. SAFETY - Conducts periodic inspection of company assets / properties and identifies potential threats and hazards to the same: submits vulnerability survey report with corresponding recommendations to superiors.
3. ADMINISTRATIVE - Ensures adequate and proper detail of security force (CRS and Security Guards) at all times.
- Conducts investigation / inspection or reviews reports submitted by subordinates relative to any breach in security.
- Plans and oversees the orientation, training and retraining of CRS Supervisors, CRS Representatives and Security Guards updates and/or reminds subordinates on new / existing policies, procedures, guidelines and practices relative to security and safety.
- Briefs new employees of the company and those of the consignors/ concessionaire on the company's policies.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Protective Services & Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.
