What is your mission

As a Customer Experience Specialist, You will provide customer service and/or support through email/phone/chat to customers.
You are also required to perform these job functions:
  • Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process
  • Answering to customer requests (phone calls and emails)
  • Styling, shopping and selection of key - pieces of the current season up to the completion of whole looks
  • Close cooperation with our Payment, Warehouse and Shipping departments


Who are we looking for

  • Must have completed at least 2 years in College or possess Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
  • At least 6 months - 1 year (s) of Customer Service experience in the BPO industry
  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English
  • Profound experience in customer service within the luxury fashion industry as well as in dealing with premium clients
  • Competence in style and good knowledge of the high-end fashion brands
  • Working computer skills required (MS-Office)
  • Proactive, good organizational skills and time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for supported Bi-lingual channel
    • Hangul (Korean)
