Job Description


  • Manage customer enquiries on spare part & service.
  • Promote PRoCARE contracts to key account customer.
  • Monitor forecast and follow up opportunity list weekly / monthly
  • Assist / coordinate between the customers and Internal JBT (i.e. Service Team, Sales Team, Finance and Accounting Team).
  • Responsible for supporting team internally to handle customer issue with a goal of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct Customer Satisfactory Survey and Customer Relationship Management Support logistic team for inventory control forecast.
  • Any other jobs / projects to be assigned by the supervisor as appropriate.


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering preferably
  • Minimum 7 years experience
  • Good knowledge in marketing and aftermarket product sales is a plus
  • Experience in key account & agent management
  • Strong capabilities in to managing / supervising aftermarket projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with local and international colleagues
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work independently as well as enjoy being part of a team
  • Able to work Multi Task and Multi Organization
  • Able to travel and work at flexible hours as the job may require
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Familiar with computer usage, Windows, Office, Visio, and Internet Applications
  • Experienced in the same industry will be an advantage
  • Possess own vehicle / driving license
  • Male / Female, age over 30 years old
