Responsible for providing end to end customer servicing to AXA Customers using voice and non-voice channels.

       Handle escalation calls

       review and analyze repeat contacts.
•Address queries on product feature

       Process account modification and requests limited to non-financial requests such as update of contact information, etc.

       Educate customers and distributors in the different self-service tools of AXA (if applicable)

       Resolve and/or de-escalation of complaints, fraud and non-fraud.

       Escalate real-time issues for top call drivers that are out of the ordinaryAddress inquiries on transaction status %26amp; aftersales process
