Job Description

Responsible for providing end to end customer servicing to AXA Customers using voice and non-voice channels.
•       Handle calls, emails, chat and social media queries

Address queries on product feature
•       Process account modification and requests limited to non-financial requests such as update of contact information, etc.
•       Educate customers and distributors in the different self-service tools of AXA (if applicable)
•       Resolve and/or de-escalation of complaints, fraud and non-fraud.
•       Escalate real-time issues for top call drivers that are out of the ordinary
Address inquiries on transaction status %26amp; aftersales process
