Job Description


The employee shall undertake the following tasks:
  • Operations support to meet the requirements of SM Customer Care for inbound/outbound non-voice processing of SM Malls Online and other business units like SM Cinema, SM Malls, SM Tickets and MOA Arena
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
  • To attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services of SM Supermalls via email channels, SMS and chat channels
  • Opens customer accounts by recording/ updating account information like interactions and purchases
  • Administrative tasks such as coordination with mall branches/ BUs, data entry and processing of documents related to orders/ purchases based on guidelines and policies
  • Takes the extra mile to engage customer

  • Open for Fresh Graduates
  • General Education degree or equivalent
  • Comfortable using computers, office tools/ ticketing system with good writing skills
  • Genuinely excited to help customers patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
  • Experience working with customer support is an advantage
