About You
To drive commercial activation in market and will partner with the Customer Marketing Planning and Commercial Sales teams to ensure that the PH market have the right tools to activate in the various channels and to win in retail.
The role is part of the Customer Marketing Team under the PH Commercial Sales organization
About the Role
The Commercial Activation Executive will be responsible for enabling EDGE and ensuring all GCV and Supermarket plans are implemented on-time in full and is executed seamlessly and brilliantly in the trade. This role will also be responsible for all required Point of Sale requirements across all channels nationally (from sourcing to execution) in coordination and alignment with the POS Lead.
In-depth knowledge of channel strategies and ability to translate these into various activations to further drive growth is key. The role calls for seamless cross functional working relations: Customer Planning Team, Sales Team, and the rest of the support teams (Finance, Logistics, Demand, Procurement).
Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive AT SCALE best in class execution of programs and platforms to achieve market share growth

  • Refine the way we think/behave/operate and work to drive local activation

  • Plan and effectively execute and manage market activations and A&P budget to be provided by Planners

  • Ensures compliance of outlets vs agreed minimum execution standards

  • Ensure manpower deployment in covered stores and activities

  • Ensure all required permits for promotion execution is applied for and approved prior to execution

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages
We'd love to work with you if you have

  • Min 3 to 5 years working experience

  • Experienced salesperson with a good understanding of the different retail channels

  • With working knowledge of Retail Trade Audit (an advantage)

  • Financial acumen - good budget management

  • The individual should possess a team-oriented & collaborative approach

  • Able to drive discussions with internal and external stakeholders

  • Must be proficient in MS Office including knowledge of formulas and pivot tables in Excel

  • Good written & verbal communications and presentations skill

  • Strategic and analytical skills
