Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!Responsible for providing marketing recommendations and developing data driven insight into AIA customers so as to enhance customer experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer proposition, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, drive agency engagement strategy and monitor results.
  • Recommend and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to drive: increase traffic / access, leads generation, conversion rates, create deeper engagement, revenue and profitability leveraging on analytical insights on agency and customers.
  • Serve as an expert on digital marketing platforms and tools, monitor trends in digital marketing best practices, tools applications, channels, and technologies to improve sales performance and agency digital leads generation experience.
  • Provide support and direction to the team on all aspects on digital content creation, leads generation, nurturing, and eCommerce effectively manage workload, vendors and all projects.
  • Work closely with Marketing, collaborate with Agency Training to lead and facilitate digital workshops for all stakeholders to upskill, share best practice, collaborate to create new and creative digital engagement experience.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on creation/designing performance dashboard.
  • Research market conditions, collect intelligence and perform analyses in areas such as product preferences, market penetration, market practices and sales trends
  • Prepare relevant forecasts and recommendations based on market research
  • Develop data driven insight on AIA customers behaviours, buying preferences and patterns
  • Identify initiatives that enhance the positioning and offering of AIA products and service
  • Coordinate customer survey with customer service team and develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors Degree preferably in Marketing, or Communication or its relevant
  • Experience: min 5 years of relevant work experience in digital and content management
  • Knowledge of Insurance Industry or Agile will be an advantage
  • Has good written, analytical and communication skills
  • Other competencies - Problem-solving and project management skills
