Job Description
. Provide excellent customer service to all international students calls
. Ensuring all queries are acted upon within 24-48 hours
. Maintain the call answer rate above 90% each week
. Return calls and answer voice mails
. Manage international students email inbox and other digital enquires from various platforms that the business manages
. Support and participate in international recruitment activities when required
. Assist recruitment team with database management for international agents when required
. Escalate any urgent enquiries
. Help and manage the international leads allocation to correct region/sales owner when needed
. Assist with any other high priority tasks and project that contributes to overall international intake targets
. Assisting with training of new staff and helping international recruitment team with CRM related questions when needed
Qualifications And Requirements
. Experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable
. Previous experience in the use of any customer relationship management systems (like Salesforce) desirable
. Past experience working for an education provider preferable but not essential
