The Trade Support team is responsible for assisting and resolving customer concerns over the phone, message center platform and email. They also liaise effectively internally with other departments from Manila and Sydney to ensure that customers’ needs are addressed. The team is also handling our Bunnings Warehouse support team for Tradesmen. They are responsible for contacting Bunnings-registered tradesmen that can do jobs for consumers who bought an item from Bunnings warehouse. They are also in charge of doing follow-ups to tradies if they have completed the job or if the tradie has a payment dispute. Lastly, they are responsible for engaging tradies to use the platform more, to realize its value and educate them on how to make the most out of the service to cater to their business needs
