- Administer Renewal proposals according to the agreed SLA with the client
- Liaise with Analysis & Control Team regarding pricing and servicing propositions for Clients, Partners and Brokers
- Track and tap both new and existing clients with growth mindset of increasing the company&rsquos revenue
- Attend to administrative functions associated with the development and expansion of the assigned distribution Sales portfolio

Build and maintain relationship with Clients, Partners and Brokers
- Ensure regular coordination with the client to assess needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate between the client and the partner support teams to respond to claims or collection concerns.
