Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide support exclusively to the EMENA sales & marketing team in consistent use of the Salesforce CRM tool across the EMENA region. This is achieved by providing EMENA users with clear and consistent guidance, trouble-shooting and basic training on all key end user tasks relating to opportunity management, pipeline use and marketing campaigns in line with the published EMENA Salesforce User Guide. 

The post holder is will play a key role in implementing requested dashboard and reporting requirements and in carrying out work to clear legacy data integrity issues for EMENA. This will improve accuracy of Salesforce information for business development reps, marketing personnel and EMENA regional management. Providing new user and refresh training on Salesforce fundamentals will also be a key task. 

Principal Accountabilities
  • Provide highly responsive trouble-shooting support for end-user critical tasks.
  • Implement dashboard and related reporting requests.
  • Provide new-user and refresh training for EMENA sales/business development and marketing personnel.
  • Carry out data cleansing activities to drive down legacy issues to improve EMENA data accuracy.
  • Be a proactive local team member.
  • Provide effective communication to EMENA team regarding wider system updates and developments.
