Credit Controller (With Sign-On Bonus), Customer to Cash
Collection activities include investigating delinquent accounts, analyzes account performance, makes recommendations to release orders on past due accounts and investigates bankruptcy claims. May coordinate efforts and/or refer accounts to third party action when internal collections are not effective. Maintains records and files and generates related reports.
Your goal as a Credit Controller is to respond to customer inquiries order to get their accounts current. Primarily handles contacts with customer via digital (email, chat, etc…) mediums.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Credit Controller, you will:
. Assist account in enrolling in autopay and payment schedules.
. Investigating delinquent accounts providing appropriate documentation to customers when needed.
. Making recommendations to release orders on past due accounts and investigates bankruptcy claims.
. Directly communications with customers via digital means (email/chat/etc…) to ensure the account stays current.
. May coordinate efforts and/or refer accounts to third party action when internal collections are not
. Maintain/update records and files and generates related reports.
About You
. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
. Open to Fresh Graduates
. Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.
