Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!The position is responsible for directing, supervising and ensuring the delivery of the Direct Sales - Metro Manila in achieving the defined FY / NB premium through the use of direct partnerships and programs. This position is also responsible for handling incidental direct accounts and penetrating untapped markets as business opportunities using Corporate Solutions products
  • Directs the Direct Metro Sales Team to develop business potential in untapped markets/industries through partnerships and programs using Corporate Solutions.
  • Ensures the achievement of the Team's defined ANP target through the new partnerships programs and direct accounts
  • Helps the Direct CSEs in analyzing and evaluating prospective partners and clients needs and/or their existing programs to tailor fit appropriate product/service packages and value propositions.
  • Ensures the end to end process of all programs and direct accounts (from the sales call to presentations, negotiations, closing and installing the program) to ensure the smooth turn over to the Account Management & Operations Team.
  • Guides and monitors the progress of activities (including implementation of programs and partnerships) and recommends/ implements solutions and alternatives, if necessary.
  • Ensures and signs-off the Policy Information Sheet / New Business Report Form and other documentations that need legal and other approvals.
  • Helps generate leads as business potential for Direct Sales Team Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • College graduate (marketing, management, economics
  • At least 2-3 years managerial and sales experience
  • With Group Life and Medical background
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Extrovert with lots of contacts is a plus
