Job Description

  • Project management manager is in charge of effectively managing projects including keeping track of progress and ensuring activities completion.
  • Coordinate a team of professionals to reach company objectives on deadline.
  • Identify project needs, develop a detailed timeline for completion, delegate tasks, and implement changes to teams and processes as needed.
  • Makes sure projects are within budget and follow company policies and procedures in all tasks, as well as incorporate other managers feedback into the project as required.
  • Provide a structured governing project management body.
  • Provide a central repository for all projects and project information.
  • Provide a centralized management structure for all project management functions
  • Works with project teams to ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders.
  • Upon completion of a project, He/She compiles and documents project information
  • Provide project portfolio reporting capabilities
  • Outline a well-defined project management process or methodology
  • Mentor and train an experienced and competent staff of project managers
  • Provide support to project teams in using software tools used in projects
