Job Description

  • Support and drive corporate and executive communications including managing programs, campaigns and announcements
  • Research and package content from internal and external resources to develop insightful and engaging corporate narratives.
  • Work closely with company marketing, PR, brand, events and social to create high impact engagements with customers, partners, influencers and employees.
  • Develop strategic communications planning for promotion and dissemination of corporate and marketing content
  • Develop corporate promotions and communications liaising with other departments and the Management Team.
  • In conjunction with the web team, create, adapt, improve and optimize web communication for SEO and organic and keyword search
  • Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality content on Facebook, LinkedIn and others.
  • Develop other, relevant social media outlets to support and expand our digital presence
  • Recruitment and maintenance of media partnerships
  • Help executives assimilate content and fine-tune delivery.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to create high-quality content, including talking points, presentations, video scripts and other forms of communication in support of leadership goals and business priorities.
  • Develops and executes corporate communications initiatives and messages to promote the company and its branding.
  • Deliver company messages to internal audiences in an easy-to-comprehend and effective manner.
  • Research, write, edit, proofread, produce and distribute print, online and video communications to targeted audiences within the company.
  • Meet with department subject matter experts to gather pertinent information and obtain clarity regarding goals and objectives, accurate messages and timelines.
  • Ensure all communication materials meet company standards and explore new ways to support the business and engage employees.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, public relations, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
  • Demonstrated superior writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to convey complex information in clear, engaging ways.
  • Energetic self-starter and constant learner who is proactive, resourceful, collaborative and works well under pressure.
  • Excellent project and deadline management skills
  • Management of communications team in an international environment
  • Ability to forge relationships with media
  • Expert knowledge in the latest in digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business
