Overview:
Main Duties and Responsibilities
. Develop, execute, and manage effective & integrated multiple communication plans, in line with business priorities
. Provide strategy and direct the development & deployment of various communication channels and tools: website, social media outlets, print, advertising, public relations, media activities, feature stories, newsletters, bulletins, management briefs, videos, direct mail, slide presentations, special events, marketing booklets (pitchbooks) verbal and written presentations
. Provide direct support to the Country Manager his deputy and Mancom members on all their internal and external communication requirements and activities coach company representatives to maximize the effectiveness of their presentations to the news media and other audiences
. Partner with Human Resources in building and strengthening the company's employer brand . Advise senior management on communications initiatives to support company objectives
. Continuously monitor, measure, and improve the effectiveness of communication initiatives . Prepare and manage annual communications budget plans
. Present the company in a favorable manner to various levels of press and industry partners . Analyze communications policies, procedures, and standards for efficiency and effectiveness based on the needs of the target audiences and select appropriate communications media
. Consult with internal and external clients to develop appropriate communications solutions and utilizes communications methods and techniques to develop strategic approaches to meet business objectives
. Coordinate projects and oversee all phases of production (e.g., planning, writing, producing) with internal/external vendors (e.g., advertising agencies, freelance writers, video production companies). May negotiate contracts with vendor management to support communications needs, objectives, budget, and time frames
. Manage and/or write, edit, and produce communication materials as necessary while ensuring quality standards are met
. Collaborating with other departments for internal and external project campaigns and activations. . When necessary, conducting environment and industry scan and provide timely, accurate information on industry trends, media intelligence and other relevant information for effective decision making. Requirements & Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Communications or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Communications
. Experience in communication and project management in a global environment
. Knowledge of Financial Services . Highly proficient in written and verbal English
. Excellent in building and maintaining networks and relationships
. Proven track record of designing and executing communications plans
. Proficiency in managing media representatives
. Proficiency to operate independently
. Responsible and dedicated, has excellent problem solving and with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver quality outputs even with limited time
. Strong project management skills
. Flexible and able to respond to change
