Job Description


  • Train near-hire candidates or newly hired front line staff in SYKES Academy and Core Skills Programs, respectively
  • Format, update, maintain, and distribute training materials, visual aids, and other resources and Collect data and documents related to training and participants
  • Involve self and participate in the company’s training programs and company goals towards continuous
  • Ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of customers (internal or external)
  • Assist in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for accounts. Assist in the development of training aids, including slides, handouts, multimedia visual aids, and reference works utilizing knowledge of operation’s specified training needs.
  • Coordinate or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training records.
  • Review Core Skills training program content and one’s performance, and recommend improvements to the Training Manager/Senior Training Manager.
  • One (1) year experience in Training facilitation and other related activity
  • With advance MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Must be data-and detail-oriented
