Position Description:
Le coordinateur STS ((systme transfert au support) du projet est charg de coordonner les livraisons du projet lquipe d'exploitation et de support.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
En tant que coordinateur STS, votre rle sera:
-Assurance des qualits de livraisons de projets accompagner
-Vrifier, via un processus interne, que tout enjeu pour la livraison et l'accompagnement du projet est pris en compte
-Coordonner la tche de livraison lie au transfert du PMO aux oprations
-Soulever un problme d'assistance potentiel avant la livraison
-Analyser l'impact du projet et dmarrer tout processus ncessaire pour aider atterrir dans le groupe de soutien
Objectifs:
Livrer le projet par la qualit
Livrer l'exploitation (accompagnement) avec tous les enjeux potentiels pris en compte.
Travailler pour lquipe de projet avec lquipe d'exploitation en tant que client direct
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Qualifications Comptences:
- Bon communicateur, autonomie
- Capacit trouver les informations ncessaires
- Signalez les problmes ds que possible au chef de projet
- Exprience en support est un atout
- Capacit d'analyse
- Matrise de la langue franaise parle et crite. L'anglais est un atout.
