Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls (intercom and toll-free number). Intercom calls can be audibly
challenging.
  • Create work orders for technician visit and assign to correct technician in the area.
  • Create and respond to email reports on equipment status, call logs and incident reports
within the client's deadline.
  • Provide follow through on work orders through email and outgoing calls.
  • Accept additional tasks/projects if needed.
