Research Analyst is responsible for the maintenance of database administration and sourcing of the Financial Markets exchange and contributed data. Support other staff, or own the contributor relationship between the company and the local exchange, contributor or data supplier for day to day operations. Responsible for ensuring that relevant data is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
Gather, analyze and translating/transliterating financial content details and investor names from Vietnamese characters into Romanized names or vice-versa
Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge
Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries
Maximize usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations
Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness per company standards for the covered product/market
Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing expert user feedback
Support specific projects, as assigned by manager
Adhere to change control procedures, data operations standards and current data policies and procedures
Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data
Proactively identify and resolve data problems
Knowledge & Skill:
Entry level professional roles requiring a discipline specific degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
General professional and conceptual knowledge of theories and principles within a discipline
Basic understanding of the roles of relevant functional groups within own area
