Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain Facility specific compensation tables in HR System: Job Code, Job Titles, Salary Structure, Union Step Rates, Shift Differentials and Per Diem Rates.
• Provide timely responses to clients at each assigned facility with regard to compensation requests.
• Participate timely in external market salary surveys.
• Publish yearly market salary surveys in Pay Factors and/or HR System.
• Perform internal/external market analysis yearly and on an adhoc basis.
• Utilize internal resources and tools to perform analysis and make recommendation on base pay programs.
• Perform special projects that support Tenet initiatives which impact compensation and operations such as premium pay or cost modeling.
• Support union processing for assigned facilities, requiring maintaining of Union Calendar and staying current with Collective Bargaining Agreements by facility.
• Establish and maintain relationships of assigned facilities and client groups by effectively managing their compensation programs by facility.
• Effectively support Merit process for assigned facilities.
• Maintain Hiring Grids for assigned facilities.
• Follow escalation procedures to Manager as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
