As an Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
The objective of this role is to maximize collections for clients through high levels of productivity, excellent negotiation skills and strong collection techniques. Collectors are required to contact debtors in order to recover funds on behalf of clients, and to generate revenue for the client.
Your day will look like:
• Negotiate with debtors with the intent of finalizing payment of outstanding accounts
• Contribute positively to workplace morale
• Ensure the security and proper use of the company’s assets
• Demonstrate professionalism and positivity toward clients, debtors and other staff at all times
• Ensure complete and consistent compliance to regulatory requirements, applicable legislation, and company policies and procedures
A BIT ABOUT YOU
Minimum 12 months collections experience
Thorough knowledge of privacy legislation
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Effective listening skills
Excellent telephone technique
Sound PC skills
Ability to diffuse tense situations and remain calm with aggressive debtors
