Description:Duties and Responsibilities:- The Client Servicing Officer facilitates the end-to-end processing of all client reimbursements and hospital bills in VIZMIN.
- Manages the client accounts and ensures that they are provided relevant information regarding their submitted claims (if processed, returned, rejected or partially processed)
- Ensures that the client is guided through the whole process of filing, up to payment or non-payment of claims. In cases of disapproved claims, the CSO shall re-evaluate all rejected claims prior to appeal and resubmit case for appeal to Claims Review Committee if warranted.
Qualifications:- Graduate of NURSING or allied medical course
- With HMO/insurance experience is an advantage
- Prior experience in a customer service role in a call centre setting is required
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Highly organized so as to be able to manage multiple group and member accounts efficiently
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
