Job Description

  • Oversees designated projects
  • Plan and develop strategy, including defining the goals and timeline for project(s)
  • Coordinate, document, and assign tasks for the project team and provide the team with direction and support
  • Monitor problems, incidents, provide solutions and implement changes as necessary to ensure the project timeline is followed
  • Regularly reports the progress to the stakeholders
  • May report to a senior project manager
  • May provide support for live applications and release management process
  • Manage and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance
  • Participate in client meetings, development of requirements and specifications
  • Assign resources to projects and project objectives and monitor progress
  • Develop project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues to reach project goals
Qualifications
  • More than (10) years of project management, systems design, implementation and change management experience
  • Strong leadership ability is required
  • Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with senior level business executives within the company.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/ competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
  • Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well.
