Job Description

The Marketing Manager for Campaigns shall manage and execute the campaigns marketing plan and all product marketing initiatives of the company. He/she shall oversee the implementation and management of all product marketing, performance/digital marketing(paid ads), and CRM campaigns.

Main Duties
    • Develop a product marketing, performance/digital marketing(paid ads), and CRM strategy for the company in line with business objectives across different channels
    • Supervise, direct and develop a strong team of campaigns marketing specialists.
    • Manage all product marketing plans and lead execution from start to finish
    • Design marketing plans for each product or service within the marketing budget
    • Oversee the development of a communication plan of product marketing and CRM campaigns.
    • Build structured marketing channels and platforms at the same time ensuring channel effectiveness and outreach maximization
    • Work collaboratively and in tandem with the sales team and brand marketing to effectively scale user acquisition
    • Study and analyses market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to design or adjust marketing strategies
    • Tracks all marketing performance and impact on the actual sales and present it to senior management and to drive future programs.

Major Activities
    • Drive and lead all product marketing campaigns and CRM projects across varied touchpoints.
    • Ideate, lead, and oversee performance marketing ads for total Ninja Van and its products with the Performance Marketing Specialist.
    • Ideate and oversee implementation of new products, promos, services under Marketing.
    • Integrating all brand and consumer research relevant to building new products and income streams.
    • Manage and strategize spend plan for all product marketing and CRM campaigns.

    • At least 5 years of extensive experience in marketing (preferably product management, performance marketing, CRM), & brand management.
    • Experience in multi-channel marketing.
    • Knowledgeable in doing digital marketing and stakeholder mapping.
    • Excellent project management skills.
    • With relevant product and industry knowledge.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Strategic thinker with ability to adapt in a changing environment.
    • A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Adept multitasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks.
    • With a relevant product and industry knowledge.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and a creative thinker.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and a good comfort level using enterprise software.
