Provides assistance to BD & Corplan Head in implementing the Annual Corporate Planning Cycle and development of business analysis/strategies for the company.
- Organizing/ facilitation of the Corporate Planning Cycle led by Corporate Planning Head.
- Monthly ManCom Meetings / GAINS Performance Reviews
- Execution of the Annual Corporate Planning process (Corporate Strategy Planning, L1/L2 GAINS Planning)
- Consolidation and release of the Annual Plans and L1/L2 GAINS)
- Monitoring and validation of corporate and L1 targets.
- Preparation of management reports/ databases and dashboards for performance management.
- Conducts regular market scanning and analysis on competition, trends and changes in industries of potential to provides business analytics.
- Analysis of the internal and external business environment (SWOT, PESTEL, Porter's Five, etc.)
- Performs analystics and reporting, and monitoring of execution of business strategies, business modelling.
- Responsible for the quarterly analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Survey and Customer Performance Reports.
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any management or engineering related field
- Knowledgeable in Strategic Planning
- With 1-2 years experience in corporate strategic planning and/ or corporate business development
