• Applies change management principles in the aspect of dependency management, business risk and organization impact analysis.
• Conducts Business Impact Analysis from information gathering, information evaluation, preparation of findings, result presentation/recommendation.
• Proactively plan and manage the steps that need to occur to ensure the business impacted by the upcoming changes will be ready
• Responsible in creating change management initiatives that will yield to continuous improvement and culture transformation.
• Responsible in creating the benefits realization plan for each project/program
• Creates and updates the business processes affected by the project/program.
• Responsible in leading and developing the business readiness team.
