Responsibilities
Provides forecast and analysis of the overall ATCP charge ability, drives actions as necessary to meet the targets
Overall accountable for the generation and review of productivity and financial reports.
Creates the overall budget plan annually and prepares the top down budget allocation, tracks and monitors the actual utilization on a periodic basis
Define and drive appropriate action plans based on financial results and coordinates with different stakeholders to implement the defined action plans.
Responsible for creating the operational plan of overall ATCP, track progress, cascade updates and changes to the organization.
Reviews and provides approval on demand requests of all internal roles
Reviews and provides approval on the rate type conversion requests, which impacts ATCP's load recoveries.
Program manages the PLAD operations, which includes budget allocation, manages and prioritize requirements and change requests from internal groups

Qualifications

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
Experience in Project Management and Operational Management
