in Business Software sales.
Our core services are Technology Advisory & Digital Marketing for Software
Companies, Startups and Construction related Companies.

To support our Singapore based operation, we are looking for a business
development representative
The coresector for support of this role will be the business development for our
Software resell, implementation and maintenance partners. Using LinkedIn Salesnavigator to
Identifying Ideal Prospects on LinkedIn
Crafting a unique strategy for the outreach
Connect with Ideal Prospect on LinkedIn and follow up via LinkedIn and /or email
Working with the team to run Lead Generation Campaigns and optimizing it along
the way
Generating hot leads for our software partners sales representative

Our marketing strategy is digital with the combination of lead capture through
Paid ads across Google, Facebook and LinkedIn, direct outreach campaigns and nurturing campaigns / account based marketing, running HubSpot in the backend. If you are a driven professional wanting to execute and learn more about marketing, as well as building out a business, this is your shot.

Area/Scope Of Work
Generate leads through various digital marketing channel
Drafting of unique messages
Direct outreach over social media such as LinkedIn as well as email
Research and test different targeting, messages, creatives and audiences across
digital channels
Manage paid advertising campaigns for various projects
Operate social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
Coordinate and support the creation of digital content (e.g. blogs, press
releases, videos and podcasts)
Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
Monitor ROI and KPIs
Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

Qualifications
Candidates must possess or be in the process of pursuing at least Bachelor's
Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

Essential Skills: Required Skill(s):
Business Development,
CRM Software Sales knowledge (Salesforce or similar)
ERP Software Sales knowledge (SAP, Netsuite or similar)
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Proficiency in the English language
Self-motivated, able to multitask and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the related field is preferred.

Preferred Location: SM CRK
