Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle concerns in their respective areas.
  • Responsible for growing the area by ensuring new account conversions.
  • Manage top Key accounts in the area and ensure deeper customer engagement.
  • Conduct on field training and coaching of the Sales Team.
  • Collate and review all reports submitted by Sales Team.
  • Do route rides with personnel.
  • Lead budget planning, sales forecasting, and performance reviews.
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings with Sales Team.
  • Monitor collection of the total area.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Above average scholastic records.
- With at least 2 years experience in Key Account Management for
a. Foodservice Accounts
d. Institutional Accounts
- With good planning, implementation and monitoring skills.
- Above average negotiation skills.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good in oral and written communication skills.
- Effective leadership and management skills.
- Hardworking.
- Willing to be assigned in Manila or Cebu.
