Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact the lead (phone or email) with a prospective list of questions to further qualify the lead
• Initiate prospecting and B2B lead generation activities for international based clients (Global)
• Educating and networking with key prospect and customer contact
• Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from Outbound activities
• Pipeline management and analysis to ensure a high conversion rate from SQL to Booked Order
• Work closely with Sales Management to establish target customer lists, to ensure smooth distribution and handover of SQLs
• Update and maintain CRM data to the highest accuracy
• Report and forecast on performance
• Meet monthly/yearly sales target
Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 inside sales experience in high end B2B industry preferred = specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
• Exposed in calling international market
• Excellent oral and written English
• Expert use of MS Office, LinkedIn, CRMs (e.g. Salesforce.com) and other systems
Salary: Php30-35,000/month
