Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Calling on people who have downloaded a whitepaper, attended a webinar, event or tradeshow, done a free product trial, registered an account, or inquires previously
  • Building a relationship over the phone, and setting meetings with Account Executives in Singapore for qualified opportunities
  • Confirm who the decision maker(s) is for the product, introduce the value proposition
  • Confirm the organization’s current environment, processes and solutions
  • Understand the organizations upcoming plans in relation to product portfolio range
  • Nurture any future requirements until they are ready to be passed to sales
  • Arrange follow up call/meeting with Account Executives
  • Confirming opt-in status for future sales and marketing communications
  • Updating Salesforce.com CRM database with useful and accurate information (opportunity $ value, stage and comments)
Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 inside sales experience in IT software or hardware, ideally cyber security
  • Lead generating, appointment setting, activation based calling experience
  • Confiding having semi-technical conversations about cyber security and email security
  • Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRMs (e.g. Salesforce.com) and other systems
  • Office based role, Makati City
