Job Description

Position : Business Development Manager – Corporate Sales
Job Location : Makati City, Metro Manila

As a Business Development Manager for, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting and acquiring new business. The job requires analytical planning, consistent execution of sales plans, and end-to-end sales management for the assigned territory and accounts
Day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

• Map, identify & analyze potential clients’ needs for talent acquisition, and available market opportunity for Monster’s services portfolio
• Independently interact with senior management in client organizations & present Monster’s products & services
• Create customized solutions by creatively aligning Monster’s range of online products with specific needs of each Customer
• Tactfully create, submit and pursue commercial proposals with potential Customers, Decision-makers, Procurement teams etc., for accomplishment of sales
• Manage complex sales situations & practice value-based selling
• Be responsible for complete sales-cycle, and work in collaboration with Customer Relations team to maximize Customer Satisfaction
• Closely monitor Competitor activities, and assist in planning creative strategies to increase Monster market-share  

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Graduate or MBA from a recognized college/ university with 4-6 years Field Sales experience
• Hands-on experience of sales cycle with large global & local corporate customers
• Analytical approach to manage data related to market, segmentation, customers, sales, discounts, revenue planning, account strategy etc.
• Should be technology savvy, and have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Preferable industries are Media, Solution Selling, Office Automation, IT, Consultants, BFSI, Telecom, Dotcom and other consultative sales for technology related services
• Ideal candidate will have a winning attitude, with previous experience in roles requiring strong interpersonal, networking, influencing, or selling skills
• Should be well-versed with Filipino language and have professional written & oral English language skills (Monster business language is English, while polished Filipino language skills are required while communicating with customers as needed)
• Passion for a career in Sales & Marketing, and an aggressive orientation to achieve target numbers is highly desired
• Travel & exposure to engaging with customers in international markets outside Philippines will be an added advantage, though not essential for the role
