QUALIFICATIONS- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Must have at least 5 years of working experience in the field of Business Development
- Preferably with experience in Corporate Account Management or B2B sales
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Must have excellent presentation and communication skills
- Must be driven and goal oriented
RESPONSIBILITIESAcquires new clients for the company and achieves the set client acquisition targets
Tasked to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential business
Meets prospective clients to present the company's solutions
Assesses the business requirements of potential clients and provides the appropriate solution/s that will satisfy their business needs.
Compliance in company Accreditation, bidding, and procurement requirements
Monitors the progress of leads generated through each stage of the sales pipeline (Leads generation, First contact, Discovery meeting/accreditation, Solutions Design, Submission of proposal, Negotiation, & Closing)
Partners with business associations/organizations to widen the potential client network
Attends networking events
Leads the marketing initiatives of the company
Updates and maintains the CRM & BD dashboard
