You will be responsible for:
- Interface directly with customers
- Organize process discovery sessions with customer subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand the end to end process while identifying any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation
- Calculate automation % and FTE benefit and build effort estimates
- Present summary of findings to the customer and walk them through to-be design of the automated process
- Prepare the RPD Document and get the sign off from customer
- Understanding the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process.
- Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development
- Communications skills including the ability to understand client process in any area in detail
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in IT BA.
- Have the ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Have a proven ability to think like a customer and like a process excellence guru
- Have a background in process re-engineering or business transformation
- Skilled, efficient and eloquent in written and verbal communication
- Experienced working in a multicultural, multilingual global organization
- Have a keen interest in information, knowledge, process and project management methodologies, best practices, emerging trends
- Have experience in process excellence and take pride in how process can create a high quality end result
- Very good in Visio, MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good in documentation with attention to details
- Experienced working with process modelling tools
- Display patience and empathy at all times as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to manage stress and to work under pressure and adapt to adverse situations
