Job Description

The position will entail the following duties:

  • Working with stakeholders to identify issues within InSight and brainstorm to improve existing processes with additional content
  • Work as a team going through new feedback from end-users on a daily basis to identify trends and emerging issues
  • Organize, prioritize, and action feedback items as part of biweekly fix and enhancement scope
  • Assisting with special projects within the InSight scope and roadmap
  • Attending regular team meetings within the team and with stakeholders of the tool
  • Assisting in testing new release content, both fixes, and enhancements in pre-production environments

Skillsets and Assets

  • Experience in process mapping and process definition in Visio an asset
  • Skills in coding xTend and Java are an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize without much supervision
  • A team player in a fun but challenging environment
