The Home Lending Information Owner Group plays a key role in ensuring technology assets are in compliance with IT Risk Management policies. The IT Risk Management Program is the focal point for managing risks associated with JPMorgan Chase's Information Technology assets and for protecting the firm's information assets. The resource is accountable for supporting this team by executing, monitoring, managing, tracking and reporting specific activities that ensure compliance with the control of the production, maintenance, use and access of the Home Lending technology assets.
· Participates in execution of a department or functional strategy; develops approaches and/or processes to accomplish goals
· Leads individuals through the access management process; understands access controls and how to use data related tools
· In an individual contributor role, functions as a key contributor with demonstrated knowledge of area of specialization as well as broader functional knowledge
· Execute controls reports using administrative tools to process output and resolve exceptions; recommends control enhancements as needed
· Process queries to generate reports and investigate to resolve data quality issues
· Collaborate with partners (CIOG, controls, users, information owners) to address data inconsistencies identified, validate data for accuracy, document and report in the designated system of records.
· Provide status updates to measure performance and provide information using assigned workflow tools
· Makes changes to established policies as required
· Manages activities, monitors details, and priorities
· Reviews root cause analysis and provides necessary resolution
· Escalates issues and risks appropriately, collaborate with key stakeholders for resolution and recurrence prevention
· Identifies, documents, shares best practices with team and partners
· Generate application documents based on activity. Resolve exceptions through user/owner verification/investigations. Solicit responses/justifications from users/owners, update document(s) based on activity, and provide responses/documentation to business for retention in a designated repository. Constantly collaborate with the business on the status of tasks and any issues detected - activity to include, but not limited to, Application profiles, Shared Assets Record Retention, Shared Distribution List, Shared Drives, Shared Mail Boxes, and SharePoint.
· Extract data and perform database queries to generate reports for distribution to targeted recipients. Constantly collaborate with the business on the status of tasks, issues detected and corresponding resolutions needed.
· Access Fulfillment: Perform access administration/governance for select applications according to established procedures. Thorough review and validation of access requested, process provision, deletion, or escalation - tools used to include, but not limited to, SID lookup, RSAM, IO Admin mailbox.
· Perform downloading and uploading of data files into an established repository, review and analyze data to identify any inconsistencies, and engage the business on actions required.
· Perform review, analysis of RSAM requests; approve or deny user access to applications based on established procedures to include, but not limited to, RBIO-MXAA.
· Generate and analyze reports using an established criteria. Perform queries using designated sources, export, consolidate, analyze, and document the results in a designated repository. Take corresponding action based on results of the report analysis. Constantly work with the business to provide status of tasks and report any issues detected in the process. Management/Access reports include, but not limited to, FIDs listing, RSAM Role List, NMLS Monitoring (MPX/MAX), RBAC profile, RBIO list by application, RSAM approved by RBIO, RSAM request by IO.
· Perform research, consolidation of data through MS office tools such as Excel (macro, pivot, VB Script), Access Database, etc. Suggest and implement enhancement to tools and workbooks as appropriate.

Requirements:

    Qualifications:
    · High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access DB) and SQL to generate, execute, review, analyze data and recommend action required.
    · Strong analytical and problem solving skills to review and assess reports, data, operational situations and address issues strategically.
    · Excellent communication skills(written and verbal) as the employee is expected to collaborate closely with domestic partners daily and collaborate on escalated issues; follow up with users/owners on deliverables and resolve any issues the users/owner may have.
    · Ability to work independently, efficiently manage time and multiple activities, and execute responsibilities with limited direct supervision.
    · Detail-oriented, focused, and strong organizational skills required.
