Job Description :

  • Drive the adoption and implementation of new automation technologies using Xceptor and Alteryx

  • Own the end-to-end configuration process of an automation request from the Business, using Xceptor and/or Alteryx Technology

  • Own internal client relationships between HL Automation CoE and Global Finance & Business Management users; translating business requirements into technical requirements

  • Create executive level presentations and status updates provided to clients and stakeholders

  • Manage and prioritize the demand pipeline for solution development; partner with peers on the CoE team to provide planning and implementation support.

  • Provide training & support for enhanced automation solutions, ranging from process creation and validation to user training and security access.

  • Document and distribute the overall best practices / standards for usage of automation & data transformation technologies, for internal client usage.
  • Develop and deliver training program to enable users within Global Finance & Business Management to develop these tools themselves to drive adoption
