Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing end-to-end implementation process of core banking, Internet banking and credit scoring solutions;
• Evaluating client needs, preparing gap analysis reports, documenting business and system requirements;
• Setting up and configuring system parameters;
• Assisting clients in the data migration and verification processes;
• Testing and troubleshooting final system setup and configuration;
• Providing training and end-user support during and after the implementation process;
• Acting as the primary point of contact for a client to manage expectations, concerns and requirements.
• Supporting pre-sales team in product demonstrations, project scoping and proposal preparation;
Expectations:

• 1-2 years of experience in the banking industry
• Conversational fluency in English
• Solution-focused approach and analytical thinking
• Team-oriented work culture
• Good communications skills
• Positive attitude at work
