Marketing or business related degree
Minimum 2+ years relevant experience
Excellent presentation skills Good command of MS office (especially Excel and Power point)
Relevant experience in FMCG & Lifestyle categories an advantage

Works with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver short and long term brand plans based on identified market insights.
Ensures that all elements of the brand plans (which will include above the line, below the line, and trade marketing initiatives) are executed impactfully, on time, within budget and in accordance guidelines and targeting priorities.
Oversees the implementation of individual brand initiatives, providing creative and practical input to optimize investment and impact across touchpoints.
Supports the brand review process by evaluating, analyzing and reporting key marketing metrics with a view to strengthening and optimizing the marketing plan and activities for the future. Also provides support for the management of marketing budget.
