Key Responsibilities
Drive brand growth and expansion
Support commercial priorities and KPIs through effective communications and positioning of the brand
Implement activities to support the customer acquisition and build brand positioning, including but not limited to sponsorships and CSR
Develop engaging customer communications and marketing communications materials (e.g. copywriting) in line with the brand personality and brand voice
Oversee the application of brand visual identity across various customer touch points and marketing communications materials
Manage stakeholders, external agencies and partners to support marketing and branding campaigns within budget and timeframe, from developing the brief to delivery of the final materials
Develop dashboards or other tools to effectively track and measure brand and campaign metrics
Experience /Competencies
5-8 years of experience in managing a brand from the communications and positioning perspective
Proven track record in delivering measurable results in brand building
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt to brand voice.
Deep knowledge of brand measurements and metrics
Copywriting and comfortable with graphic design/editing using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
High attention to detail, can-do attitude, ability to think outside the box, roll-up your sleeves mentality.
Background in B2C and ecommerce/financial services/ fintech is preferred.
Experience in other industries and creative agencies are also welcomed.
