• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Has experience in managing supervisors, clusters of call center agents
• Experience in managing multiple products, processes, and partners/stakeholders
Willing to work on night shifts, shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
